JOHN ROSS JR PARTNERS WITH HARRODS

The oldest commercial producer of traditional smoked salmon in Scotland is launching their range at Harrods, one of the most iconic stores in London. The partnership between John Ross Jr (Aberdeen) Ltd and the world famous Knightsbridge store will see nine luxury smoked salmon products in the food hall from this month.

The prestigious smokehouse prides itself on its traditional cold smoking technique that sees the salmon smoked in brick kilns that date from 1857. Every one of their premium products is smoked over chippings of Oak and Beech for up to 24 hours, and has won multiple awards. The Harrods range will include the newly launched Balmoral fillet, seen as the jewel in the smoked salmon crown. Also included is a salmon smoked in Balvenie Whisky and an outstanding smoked salmon pate.
