Companies, in the food and drink and hospitality sector will get the opportunity to showcase their offerings in the Scottish Exhibition for Hospitality, tourism and catering, ScotHot. The exhibition will take place between the 28th of February to the 2nd of March next year.
The event will give companies in the sector the chance to promote their services and products. Additionally, the exhibition gives companies the opportunity of meeting buyers and representative of restaurants, hotels, and bars and other related areas.
For the first time, East Lothian Food & Drink and Scotland Food & Drink will have exhibition in the show, According to George Tsangari, the event organiser.
Tsangari said that the exhibiting producers have shown remarkable support and response to the event, and that this year is exhibition will exceed all expectations.
Taste of Arran, Loch Lomond Fine Foods, Braehead Foods, Nairns Oatcakes, and Belhaven Fruit Farm are among many exhibitors featuring in the event. The event will host the highest number of large-space exhibitors to date.
