The Isle of Wight given top marks in the ‘Oscars of the food world’

The Isle of Wight was given the top marks by the Guild of Fine Food, at the Great Taste Awards, which are also known as the Oscars of the food world. Between May and July this year, 405 judges tasted 10,000 food products from the UK, and they found that those coming from the Isle of Wight were the best.

Organizers hoping Bolton Food and Drink Festival will attract record numbers

The eighth Bolton Food and Drink Festival will be happening on the August bank holiday weekend. The Manchester’s KRO bar and Beer Keller pop up venues are to make a welcome to return to the festival as they attracted a total of 102,000 people at last year’s event.
