Raisthorpe Manor introduces ‘Gypsey Race’ Distilled Dry Gin and Oak-Aged Dry Gin

Mineral water flowing up from ancient springs beneath the Yorkshire Wolds is being harnessed to create two distinctive – and very local – new gins.

Award-winning Wharram drinks producer Raisthorpe Manor is using the waters of the ‘Gypsey Race’, a chalk stream that runs under the Manor gardens, for the company’s first ever Raisthorpe Distilled Dry Gin (40% abv) and Raisthorpe Oak-Aged Dry Gin (42% abv).
